How flexible is your work schedule at ActiveCampaign?

Very flexible. I choose to work 9-5 with an hour for lunch but can flex to be earlier or later in a day depending on how I'm feeling and what meetings I have. As long as my supervisor is updated and I'm not missing any important meetings, I can flex my hours and take longer breaks during the work day as I need, as long as my work gets done.
