It's the worst process I have ever experienced. They can't make a decision.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from iContact?
I met with the President, the VP of Services and the VP of Marketing. Even after being in the interview process for 10 weeks I never heard back from them. Very unprofessional especially when hiring a Director.
What's the vibe like in the Design dept at iContact? How many hours are you working?
Chill, as long as work gets done. 40 hours / week.
