Asked to the Customer Support Department at Campaign Monitor

  • Top Employee Response

Depends on when you were hired. New folks are not paid at the same rate that the other team members started at. The team used to start everyone at $60k, but that is SO not the case any longer. It's average support pay now. Negotiate your contract right up front and do NOT expect them to honor anything they tell you about raises. Get it all in writing as they are very fickle about $$ now

Asked to the Customer Support Department at Campaign Monitor

  • In one word? Amazing. Excellent, open, honest, transparent and fun communicators. They each and every one of them work hard all day long to help customers and each other. The team leads are fantastic and easy to connect with. Even if it's chaos in any other department, Support is holding their own and holding on to each other. Excellent sense of humor and masters of the right .gif at the right time, and all while handling the phones and masses of support tickets.
