There no politics and they all trust each other. Highly functional team that is geared towards doing what's right for the company and not just their dept.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are hands down the best part of the package. Higher 401k matching would be great.

Unlimited PTO gives flexibility to take time off when needed esp during these stressful times

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is competitive. Most are doing the work of multiple roles. It can make the pay feel off. Not offering equity to employees below a director level is a huge disappointment. New leadership is coming in with that benefit, but employees that have been here for years are not getting it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity rate is among higher in the industry. Different POVs are not discarded.
