stop pulling in 40 people to make a decision - if the best of the best is creating a plan, then there's no need to have 40 opinions. Also, stop showing up with problems but with zero solutions. Lastly, stop taking an inside out approach to storytelling

The performance assessment process. Right now employees answer two "Yes" or "No" questions: "Are you getting it done?" and "Are you doing it right?". At least a 1-5 scale for these would be better so that we can say that we are proud of the work we're doing, but show where we feel we could improve.
