Listen to employees issues & concerns,review leadership team by letting employees feedback on direct manager as well. Many great talents left due to manager leadership issue,HR couldn't help much.Need to adapt to new norm working style to allow more flexibility,creativity,efficiency & productivity.

Scarifying personal time on public holiday, weekends, night time to work but not always can get a replacement leave from manager. Worked hard but only received average ratings and increment. Manager can rate based on perception and own preference instead of actual kpi met.
