Overall I love my experience with All My Sons. At times it can feel very draining that we are performance based and you feel only as good as your last month. It does feel like you are on the chopping block when things go wrong and you are easily replaceable. The highs are high and the lows are low.

I do feel I am listened to and heard. This was not always the case, but lately everyone is really trying to improve the brand and move in the same direction. Bottom-line; I am valued!

Everyone is extremely invested and passionate about what they do. Even if their background isn't moving, it's fun to see how everyone takes pride in their work and believes in what we're doing. When someone falls down they are met with support and care. Moving as one unit!

The balance of our point system and salary. I appreciate that there is growth opportunity to earn and you can shoot for the stars, but if there is ever trouble you always have your salary to fall back on. This allows me to always go for it without reservations.

I learned to fall in love with the process and hard work for anything I do in life. I get a combination of satisfaction from taking care of people and moving their lives to growing individuals (employees) not only professionally but physically. This job is very much like being a coach for sports.
