I really like that they are about us as "people first" than just another employee. I have been here a short period of time but I can tell that they care about me on a deeper level. The atmosphere is incredible!! I love my team, they make coming into work so fun! It's a great experience to work here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hard work and the time spent in this company could be faces with a larger hourly rate. other then that my undervalue doesnt exist
