Been a really interesting learning prosses since i started working for AMS. I enjoy every day i go out is a different customer everyday i get to make happy at the end of the day. And ive learned alot from coworkers, leaders and extremely my manager. Really thankfull all 3 of my brothers/leaders TY

That we are one band one sound!!!! Move strong all the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everthing about it as a nation wide company we have good compensations and they sure are helpfull.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making my customers smile at the end of days work. And making sure everyone on my truck makes it home safe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mind set of been positive every day and making sure my brothers that go with me on the truck are always on point. And the positive energy that my manager and leaders give me and set me for succes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hello am Roylandi Rodas (A.K.A) tito. What do i like best about my leadership the care and love that my bosses show us as workers. Better said as brothers, feels like family all around i love my job and care for my brothers and manager as they sure showed me enough they care for me.
