Effective AND MORE FREQUENT communication about the direction we are headed and what our priorities are from a micro and macro point of view. sales and operations teams must align in order to succeed. One side is profit driven and the other side is customer service driven. FIND THE MIDDLE GROUND!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of time and effort we put into the buisness and treat as our own the salary could be higher. Although the bonuses are good, theyre based on production and were in industry that fluctuates with the economy so they are not guaranteed income.

Pay structure decreased in percentage and the workload increased. How does that even keep up with the rate of inflation? Also national average diesel cost for a consumer is $4 per gallon. We've been asked to quote fuel from $4.50 to $6 a gallon. There's a markup for fuel, but we dont get paid on it

I would like to be paid at the industry normal. 7.5-10%. It is what we use to get as estimators.

I dont feel like I have co workers anymore working from behind a computer screen. One of my favorite parts of the job use to be going to the office and talking with the ops team and the movers. I no longer am able to do that, and feel like Im not part of their team.
