I wish the communication be office and customer be better, if a customer doesn't want materials, office should know this already before sending driver and helper out. Not blame the driver and label the termination cause as driver not following procedures which is a defamation of character!

I have a complaint, I have tries to call the cooperate office and no ody is calling me back. Can someone contact me so that I can talk to someone about this complaint that I have.

I lost a lot of stuff when they moved us 5 gallon of coins, all my gun ammunition. A dresser mirror which has been in family for over 100 years snow blower I paid almost $5000 for log chains, and straps and other things

After confirming my move I sat on hold for an hour and no response. No one called before coming to move me and no time was set in when. I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful
