A thank you would be nice if we beat the year twice in a row, We work a minimum of 62hrs a week. I would like to be compensative for the hard work and effort I put in. I get ignored here

Being paid appropriately for working OVER 60 hours a week.

Compensation is fair but you are expected to work 60+ hours a week as well as be available at any time on your days off. Work life balance does not feel adequate. Even hiring one additonal person for support would offset this and help retain individuals that want to help build the business.

A more concise schedule regarding/considering time being compensated to time that isn't. It is a very difficult task to manage a routine that would be the most altruistic towards all parties time. However it could be possible with a more disciplined outlook of the schedule.
