The experience is fast paced, friendly competition of who can get the most business within the office. I love coming to work in the mornings and seeing everyone and asking about their previous day and having many laughs amongst management and the crews. I love this company and am honored to do it.

It's a friendly, fast paced business that keeps me on my toes. I see growth all through the company starting as a helper and moving up to the executive level.

The communication and being open to others opinions.

Being able to laugh and share stories about each other's life

Being able to complete daily tasks and have fun doing it.

Being able to be myself and to be able to call every one I work with FAMILY.

The communication and them understanding that life happens outside of work and being able to come up with a game plan to execute the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open door policy that my management team has with being ears to any and all suggestions. The coworkers have bought in to the business and are the tip of the spear that keeps this ship afloat.
