I've only been here about 3 months and being here at AMS has been an experience to say the least, my captains and leader are amazing , they motivate me to keep pushing myself to go further . They truly want the best for me and they help me reach my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we can go the 2nd mile for our customers and give them the best experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team!! I love seeing their faces every day , making jokes and having fun while I make money!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very hands on, they are always willing to go above and beyond to help one another. The energy walking on the floor is always positive , its never a dull moment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that they are about us as "people first" than just another employee. I have been here a short period of time but I can tell that they care about me on a deeper level. The atmosphere is incredible!! I love my team, they make coming into work so fun! It's a great experience to work here.
