salaries need to be comparable to nvidia and intel. they are far from that at a Sr. Director and below.

Average out the total compensation to the actual hours spent, the hourly rate is absolutely terrible. Employees are expected to work overtime, work through public holidays, cancel pre-booked vacations, bring laptop on vacation, answer calls in the evening multiple days a week.
