New experienced hires seem to get better packages and it takes years for loyal long-timers to catch up if at all. Seems like a losing proposition to not switch companies nowadays.

some people are ok. but they are also compensated badly, and wanting to leave.

Too many internal meeting and many preparation meeting before the actual meeting.

Other division willing support and helps.
Between individuals the space is open to questions and concerns regardless of title.

More benefits. More liberty in joining other teams.
Enforce work life balance from the executive. Encourage employees to say No to late work or call.
Everything. You cannot perform at the level of NVIDIA INTEL or APPLE with this poor working environment
There is little work life balance. All employees are expected to be accessible and responsive 7 days a week. Vacations are meaningless and little more than working from a different location.
get rid of the senior management team in product and marketing. they are toxic

amd has a toxic culture at the mid-level manager level. more concerned about churning teams to keep their roles than building successful teams
