How's the work pace at American Woodmark Corporation?
Fast but steady. But very organized and guided thoroughly.
I did not feel welcome here. The people I worked with hardly spoke to me unless we were on the same cell. I was wrongfully mistreated due to my injuries. Still, to this day, my ankle spasms haven't stopped since being crushed between heavy machinery. I was constantly told to put knee braces on or to wrap my wrist with sports tape, which didn't help at all. My wrist still bothers me to this day. I have invested a lot of my own money into things that didn't even help, including going to Urgent Care TWICE. Will not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
How's the work life balance at American Woodmark Corporation?
Very friendly and family oriented.
There is no life to work balance on the production floor on second shift if you have a family issue and you don't have points or vacation/personal days too bad you are out of luck. I didn't see my family from the amount of hours I worked in summer cause you wanna sleep all weekend.
What's the office vibe like at American Woodmark Corporation?
Beyond positive. Regardless an employees title, all employees are treated as equals.
Oh it is amazing for office people parties chatting everyone gets along though they have screwed a couple of people out of well deserved positions.
