You can improve your customer service and technical skills. You broke my ice machine and are trying to ignore it. That is so unprofessional. Ron Rivers at 661-434-8278 should not be in customer support ever.
I have 3 complaints against a fellow co-worker and nothing as been done . they tell me I have to work with them example they gave me is and I quote" I know its like asking you to work with a murderer and see if he dose anything. I feel uncomfortable and no one will do anything .

It hasn't been much in the way of "selling" lately and more forcing customers to take. And that doesn't seem to be ending any time soon. Small format sales have been working 9-10 hours a day while large format has been working 10-12, if not more.
