It's great! Very collaborative culture

I have 3 complaints against a fellow co-worker and nothing as been done . they tell me I have to work with them example they gave me is and I quote" I know its like asking you to work with a murderer and see if he dose anything. I feel uncomfortable and no one will do anything .

Allows employees with tenure to disregard the guidelines they set for positions and other employees. People purposely work slow to get help or leave work for other employees. Management is bad with communicating changes or things that affect employees.

The company is going through changes.

Get out there with your drivers. And dont take some easy route take a random route. You will see the issues at first hand. You won't solve issues behind a desk!!!!

The leaders are clear about objective

Candid about company wide communication.

Cocacola is a leading company and the executives are really working hard to sustain that very legacy

Caring about your employees health. Physical and mental.

Flexible scheduling would be nice. Maybe not telling an employee who is showing covid symptoms and is sick to come in anyway and take a rapid covid test which isn't even right 100% of the time. Super unprofessional.

Communication. Addressing issues. Pay. Equality of employees. Feedback. The list goes on.

Stop throwing random solutions and get reliable input from drivers without reprocussions

STAYING PROFESSIONAL, AND NOT BEING CORRUPT. FOLLOW COMPANY RULES, TREAT THE EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT

Its defenetly the pay and the nice co-workers.

The company needs to reevaluate the compensation scale

I have worked my tail off for 5 yrs for this company and because I used to have a very nasty boss, I haven't had an increase in pay for 3 yrs.

I feel undervalued because even when you hit rate and keep it up, all you get is a $25 bonus once every two weeks. Also having everyone in a meeting called lazy because nobody has been hitting rate effectively really doesn't boost morale either.

All of the team members are nice people. Always willing to help out when they can. Generally amazing people who aren't getting paid enough. I mostly only go to work to talk and see my co workers

The coworkers are fine. Its management that is the issue

Simply working. They get paid to work 8 hours and average 5 1/2.

They need to improve on not being trouble makers. They're not team players

More support from management and corporate. More training to help us understand things so we can get done with our days in better timing. Better pay. Some are paid time and a half for overtime while some of us are not which is not fair.

Equality needs to be present.

The culture is hypocritical. They claim to be in service of God but do nothing to serve the people that are making them the millions of dollars they take home. They are false and phony. They cover up issues or policy violations.

The hitting rate needs to change. That rate percentage needs to either be removed or managers need to know how to talk to people nicer. I've seen way to many of the higher ups treat employees like dirt because they aren't hitting rate.

The interviewer. He was nice and informative. He had amazing energy and he was welcoming.

Short and sweet. Asked some questions but they werent hard.

It was a friendly process and welcoming with reasonable questions. It wasn't that intense.

the people are over worked have no time with family's people call in all the time every weekend there is about 8-11 call in and the ones that are there have to stay over and work more. .we get no time off unless we are willing to take a point

It should be way better management and more enjoyable for employees

The only thing that is going right is the fact that the company is still in business

Corrupt management needs to be replaced. Strict rules need to be in place. HUMAN RESOURCES NEED TO BE ON SITE PERMANENTLY

Coca-cola itself is a corporation that doesn't care for its workers that got it there. Especially at the one I worked at. Calling workers lazy, trying to make them come in while they know they are sick and have covid symptoms are unprofessional things to do.
