Certain supervisors need to work on building a good working relationship with their employees. Most see their employees as drones to be told what to do without them knowing their jobs or how they function. Working with employees on scheduling days off helps instead of denying them time off helps too

Never thanked for going above and beyond. Micromanaged at every turn. Extremely stressful and toxic environment.
Minimum wage is getting closer and closer to what we cap out at. There should either be no cap or a much higher cap for people that have spent many year working for this company

We stress work place balance with also an emphasis on taking care of the customer. Making decisions that is best for the company but keeping the employees in mind. Also Safety is always in the front from the top down.
