What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to always help with questions or situations when asked

Communication through the entire organization. Strong cultural characteristics. There is value in "WE" with the AWC enterprise.
Certain supervisors need to work on building a good working relationship with their employees. Most see their employees as drones to be told what to do without them knowing their jobs or how they function. Working with employees on scheduling days off helps instead of denying them time off helps too
They are vision driven and walk the walk with our CITE principles. They care about our employees and are easy to talk to about anything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and how to treat people like humans not numbers
Communication and loyalty to employees.
Paying attentiin and being fair leading by example
Everything from crewing to production demands.
Caring for their employees as a whole
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employees have genetous PTO accrual.
Medical incentives, bonuses and retirement contributions
Its compares to other businesses. When the company or plant does well the employees are rewarded. There is lots of options to cover any of my needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To many things to do in a day yet alone in 8 hours now safety is number one but they still want you to cut corners to complete a task
Never thanked for going above and beyond. Micromanaged at every turn. Extremely stressful and toxic environment.
Minimum wage is getting closer and closer to what we cap out at. There should either be no cap or a much higher cap for people that have spent many year working for this company
What are some of the best things about your team?
They ARE a team and will always help others when needed. There is no competitive cruelty or gossip.
Everyone knows what to do when it's time to get to work
When everyone actually shows up we work well together.
I can always count on my team members for help or assistance whenever the time arrives and I enjoy helping them as well
We share a common path because we use the vision to keep us straight. They care about me as I do them. They are honest and can also deliver tough messages. I feel supported by them when I need it and try to give the same.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to get rid of the bad apples and not baby them.
Ess meetings and less political environment. Drop the favoritism.
teamwork lacks in the workplace. wouldn't recommend even to my worse enemy

Everyone gets along with each other
Getting to go home at night.
You will get a couple slices of pizza if you team is ahead of goal for a whole month.
Everyone is helpful and keeps a positive attitude, which helps with whatever home or job situation that arrives. We are able to laugh, joke, and talk openly with each other without repercussions
We stress work place balance with also an emphasis on taking care of the customer. Making decisions that is best for the company but keeping the employees in mind. Also Safety is always in the front from the top down.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the supposed family-oriented atmosphere needs improvement

Very thorough and comfortable by phone
Walk through the facility then classroom setting depending on what department your in finally starting within 1-2 days
The team interviewing with listened. They also asked intriguing questions. They focus on assuring you being a proper cultural fit.
That it was more lighthearted than most and not so serious
I spoke with several different people and learned a lot. They were honest with me and encouraging as well.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of using wonderlic scores, its inane.
Make an effort to see if the peraon applies for a job the are better qualified for. Not everyone can build cabinets. Some people are just shelf stocker.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that it is a small enough company that your decisions impact the enterprise.
That at some point i know i get to leave and go home.
Working with people that accept me for being me
The good people I work with and the fact they we support each other. The floor work is tough and makes things hard but we work at removing barriers to help keep it smotth.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of leadership every one wants to be a lead/manager and pass of there work
Horrible communication and schizophrenic leadership.
