They are very good to me

Communication through the entire organization. Strong cultural characteristics. There is value in "WE" with the AWC enterprise.

Certain supervisors need to work on building a good working relationship with their employees. Most see their employees as drones to be told what to do without them knowing their jobs or how they function. Working with employees on scheduling days off helps instead of denying them time off helps too

They are vision driven and walk the walk with our CITE principles. They care about our employees and are easy to talk to about anything.

There willingness to take there time an break the work an machine use down for newbies.
