Have customer service representatives that attempt to resolve problems such as MISSING EMAILS, EMAIL ATTACHMENTS THAT DON'T OPEN rather that asking numerous questions regarding use of e-mails on phones (don't use as a primare); instead I use AOL GOLD - the PREMIER access either by Desktop or Laptop

I have been with AOL since the early beginning of the Internet and have had an overall great experience. AOL provides many additional services and I have yet to use them have all, but the ones I have used have proven very useful and helful.

What should I wear for an interview at AOL?
Business casual should work. Once there unless it’s fairly casual up to and including T-shirts if you aren’t client facing, which I was.
How does AOL make decisions around promotions?
The process is ad hoc and manager dependent. VP and above require CEO approval which can block deserving employees if they haven't had sufficient CEO exposure.
