There is no belief and appetite to learn in the company to adjust to the industry . Autodesk rarely is seen as a tech company more of a IT shop and reflects the mindset of slowly moving manufacturing and construction industries

US employees are given sabbaticals. It would be nice if all employees were give this option. US employees tend to be compensated better, have better benefits packages, and better bonus/RSU packages.

As a female, I regularly work with men who don't demonstrate the work ethic or leadership that one would expect considering their level of seniority/compensation. I feel undervalued when I know I'm working harder than others who aren't fulfilling their responsibilities while in positions of power.
