Very honest feedback from interviewers and you can feel that they like what they do
Friendly and learned a lot about the company
Every interviewer shared their honest thoughts.
It was more of personality interview than a skills-qualifications based interview.

My interview team was very supportive and helpful.
People are all very nice and friendly. Mostly asking about your experience on resume and behavioral questions
Meeting many of the people I would work with on a regular basis.

This was over a decade ago. I liked the approach of presenting as if already in the new role. This allows for individual expression as well as a fair and effective selection proces.

Panel interview - final stage; truly a two-way process, enabling open dialogue & transparency.
Interactive and discussed on real issues and concerns and how to overcome them
I interviewed at my company before acquisition. It was the best before autodesk gobbled it
Open, transparent, good humoured. It felt like a true two-way process.
Review from Sales Dept
Casual talk, bright attitude from the interviewers.
I liked that though there will multiple stages, each interviewer asks different questions and interviews were 30 min in length so they were targeted.
attentiveness and support throughout the entire journey--clear understanding of the process; follow-up after my interviews and personal touch in communications and onboarding
The well thought-out questions that were asked
Be friendly and respectful to candidates
Where to start? The recruiters are good. Once you get to a hiring manager, prepare for another 3 interviews. If youre lucky you will get notified. Sometimes the recruiters and hiring managers dont even write you back. They're "too busy" Thats a bad manager.
Too many interviews to hire for a position that in not considered senior leadership
Process was purely based on individual hiring manager style
focus on creative capabilities instead of mainstream utterly conventional education
Create a more efficient hiring process that doesn't take a month or two to interview and sign a contract.
