Culture drives, and it's more than lip services. From the C-Staff to the front line managers, Autodesk puts actions behind the usual blah blah blah about culture.
The leadership states they care about their people.

The most positive is the company listens and takes action. I know many companies that go thru the motions of doing surveys but most aren't very actionable - Autodesk is and they value their employees so put a lot of energy and effort into creating a great employee experience.

get rid of the "do as I say not as I do" culture
listen, and act... stop saying you can disagree but committed to move forward ... and stop asking us to be courageous when you do not listen and even hold against those who vocalised constructively
Weed out managers and senior workers who have been here long enough and those who withhold information and create politics.
