Values, team spirit and diversity
Culture drives, and it's more than lip services. From the C-Staff to the front line managers, Autodesk puts actions behind the usual blah blah blah about culture.
The leadership states they care about their people.
People are really nice and supportive of each other, and values diversity and the courage to speak up too
The most positive is the company listens and takes action. I know many companies that go thru the motions of doing surveys but most aren't very actionable - Autodesk is and they value their employees so put a lot of energy and effort into creating a great employee experience.

Autodesk places the individual at the centre of their operation not the company's goals. If the employee thrive and has freedom to manoeuvre, exploring and expanding the boundaries of their capacities, the company will thrive equally. This actually works.

Attention for diversity and work-life balance.
Employees are considered as experienced mature adults and treated as such

Hire efficient managers who bring.value
Quite worrying about diversity and inclusion so much and promote people that deserve it rather than promote based on sex or sexual orientation.
Need to improve collaboration and team work

Company culture isn't a document for marketing.
get rid of the "do as I say not as I do" culture
listen, and act... stop saying you can disagree but committed to move forward ... and stop asking us to be courageous when you do not listen and even hold against those who vocalised constructively
Weed out managers and senior workers who have been here long enough and those who withhold information and create politics.
reduce preoccupation with risks better orientation to future benefits for customers
get rid of my manager
Change in leadership. The executives are liars.
