The most positive is the company listens and takes action. I know many companies that go thru the motions of doing surveys but most aren't very actionable - Autodesk is and they value their employees so put a lot of energy and effort into creating a great employee experience.

Autodesk places the individual at the centre of their operation not the company's goals. If the employee thrive and has freedom to manoeuvre, exploring and expanding the boundaries of their capacities, the company will thrive equally. This actually works.
