The work experience is good. Little to complain about. It's a job though. Not a career.

The environment is good. Better than average. The room we work in is kinda of dull, dark so it makes it hard to remain upbeat for 8 hours a day.

The leadership isn't great but not the worst. They try with what they are given to work with. It's a call center so they do the best they can. Seems to be a lot of favoritism though.
