The leadership isn't great but not the worst. They try with what they are given to work with. It's a call center so they do the best they can. Seems to be a lot of favoritism though.

They could pay a bit higher and the benefits aren't the best. But again, not the best and certainly nowhere close to being the worst.
We have teams but they aren't really teams because you don't do much working together.

The environment is good. Better than average. The room we work in is kinda of dull, dark so it makes it hard to remain upbeat for 8 hours a day.
