How flexible is your work schedule at AutoPoint?
When you first start training is 2 weeks and the schedule is Monday through Friday 10am - 7:30pm I believe. After that you are given your regular schedule. You will work 4 week days and one weekend day. You will have the same hours every day. They weren't really hiring for mornings but for later positions. I know they do work with people that have school schedules. Other than that not very flexible and I believe you keep your schedule for a good 6 months before you can try to change it.
If you're honest about your availability from day one (interview) they will absolutely work with you. Training is NOT flexible. It's 10:30-7 Mon thru Fri for two weeks.
How helpful was your Customer Support team when you were first hired at AutoPoint?
Very supportive. Everyone that you went to beyond your trainers/supervisors were also very helpful.
What's the work from home policy like at AutoPoint?
There is none. They were talking about giving some folks the opportunity to work from home but your attendance and numbers have to be excellent. It's something that is earned. Or that's what the expectation was - - not sure if it ever went through.
