Lack of leadership maybe because the people in charge are insecure and are not experienced work wise to perform well at the level of management they find themselves in. Consequently they suffer from selective memory loss they do not communicate effectively. Their credibility become compromised.

I feel undervalued because I do a lot to help make the company better and get no "thank you." The management also doesn't listen to the employees concerns when they are voiced. I would feel better if I got a raise.

I feel that this company likes to add so many more responsibilities onto employee's job descriptions to purposefully understaffed rental counters. I would feel better if they were to hire more people to ease the workload. Management need to pull their own weight and stop hiding when it's busy.
