Review from Operations Dept

One thing I can say is break good conversation and break dinner roll knowledge

What l like about the leadership team is that they are to positive on what they deliver.

Really need some one that is really going to be a manger and do things like it should and not slack off should be on top of every thing no matter what .

Results driven, goal oriented. Easy to talk to and engage.

Motivation and inspiration. They help you to achieve your career objectives

Review from Sales Dept

The leader ship is so good

Opinions are taking in consideration

Review from Operations Dept

Vision , direction and focus

No drama straight work easy work

Good vibe and sense of humour

Very caring for the employees

Good at what they do

Openness and have employees best interest at heart. Employees were paid their full salaries when they are home. As much as business is not making money, they tried their best to keep everyone

Review from Operations Dept

They actually listen to the employees

Review from Operations Dept

My direct Agency Mgr was pretty cool. Another one was okay, the Sales Mgr for auto repair was really sweet. The one person I was in contact with in loss prevention was a charm and a particular Store Mger was awesome. As for everyone else, a garbage team making the company look horrible as a whole!!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Role in teaching new things to succeed.

Review from Sales Dept

I love how everyone is a team player

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

everyway to go get it better

Absolutely everything! Back to basic training. Fire the uppere management which ultimately must take responsibility fir this poisinous work environment.

The EVP I reported into told the other execs what they wanted to hear, not the truth about proposed projects. When you surround yourself with yes men, you yend to make bad decisions.

Everything, company is now run largely by outside investors because it was so poorly run by the bad managers in place. Most everyone quit and now only the bad ones who couldn't get other jobs are left

When tou bring issues they do not resolve them and they relatiate

Listening to employees and thinking outside the box

Communication, management, treating others fairly and with respect, empathy,

Training their regional managers on understanding change, motivating team and allowing them to speak, ask questions and taking risk.

Getting someone to cover someone else for bathroom breaks, not making ones life feel like it revolves around work, and I can go on

Get better with treating employees with respect!! Be up front or provide notice when laying off employees rather than being blindsided. This will allow employees to better prepare for their final exit and also provide guidance to team lead/supervisors of outstanding work needing attention.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Place is a sinking ship

Become leaders and lead by example

Review from Operations Dept

There are number of ineffective Sr managers at MSP location, the leadership team needs to change the management team at that location.

Review from Operations Dept

Completely disconnected from the realities of operation.

Review from Operations Dept

believe in the direct team

Review from Operations Dept

Everything caring for it's employees

Review from Sales Dept

Communication and 99.9% LESS derogative talk between employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The leadership team needs to get better at communicating effectively. They also need to improve on treating employees respectfully and taking harassment charges seriously.

Review from Sales Dept

Paying their employees better, treating their employees better, and benefits. Just everything!

Review from Operations Dept

communication, and giving enough resources to do our jobs
