Openness and have employees best interest at heart. Employees were paid their full salaries when they are home. As much as business is not making money, they tried their best to keep everyone

My direct Agency Mgr was pretty cool. Another one was okay, the Sales Mgr for auto repair was really sweet. The one person I was in contact with in loss prevention was a charm and a particular Store Mger was awesome. As for everyone else, a garbage team making the company look horrible as a whole!!

Get better with treating employees with respect!! Be up front or provide notice when laying off employees rather than being blindsided. This will allow employees to better prepare for their final exit and also provide guidance to team lead/supervisors of outstanding work needing attention.
