It has been pretty disappointing. I expected much more and to have a much more enjoyable experience with ability to help others and make change. However I have found that it seems the same issues have existed for a long time and never been addressed or fixed.

This has probably been one of the best places I have ever worked, even with all the COVID-19 wrenches. Everyone is positive and works hard to meet deadlines and impress clients. It feels like a family of friends (and I haven't even been here that long!).
