What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring practices and interviewing need to be restructed. More clarity on how training will be provided especially with little to no experience for those with cash handling. Systems are so out of date and not technologically advanced.
Caring, listening and being open to new ideas. Drop the egos and reward for performance instead of tenure.

The executive team should consider the cost of turnover when deciding how little to pay people.

Most people that work at the bank have a good attitude

Need to take DEI seriously. Need new blood and new thinking in management. Stop managing by fear.
