Actually listening to the needs of their employees and not just pushing metrics for the sake of metrics. Our team is incredibly dedicated, motivated, gritty, and genuinely kind, but leadership is pushing us to operate at a pace that is unsustainable. Everyone is burnt out.

There needs to be much better communication and transparency from the top down. Lower levels employees often have no idea what is going on with the company until management needs them to fix issues that have been put off for months, sometimes years.

Andy Wang needs to get better at messaging that is more inclusive and doesn't overtly highlight his privilege. It's really discouraging to see our white, male CEO try to solve some of the bigger issues in our country by just telling us to be nice to each other.
