Review from Sales Dept
Our leaders are accessible, responsive, honest, compassionate and transparent.
Review from Executive Dept
They are extremely approachable, never feel intimated to to ask any question. Additionally, they are nice, hardworking, determined, and not only motivating themselves but the entire team.
Review from HR Dept
They are authentic, walk the talk, totally transparent, highly ethical and always do the right thing!
Review from HR Dept
How honest they are about everything.
Review from Operations Dept
They are innovative and open to listening to their employees.
Review from Sales Dept
The structure of the company needs to change, leadership should not be selling full time
Review from IT Dept
Actually listening to the needs of their employees and not just pushing metrics for the sake of metrics. Our team is incredibly dedicated, motivated, gritty, and genuinely kind, but leadership is pushing us to operate at a pace that is unsustainable. Everyone is burnt out.
Review from Sales Dept
There needs to be much better communication and transparency from the top down. Lower levels employees often have no idea what is going on with the company until management needs them to fix issues that have been put off for months, sometimes years.
Review from Finance Dept
Our leadership team is always helpful and encouraging.
Review from Sales Dept
Organization with sales leadership is honestly the worst I've seen in 10 years of my career. Great personalities but sometimes clueless as to what is going on in the field....8 out of 10 times.
Review from IT Dept
Unlimited income potential. The more I do, the more I make.
Review from Executive Dept
The best part is the uncapped commission.
Review from HR Dept
Its uncapped based on production
Review from HR Dept
The best part is weekly pay.
Review from Sales Dept
The total earning potential including bonus and commissions.
Review from Sales Dept
A higher base salary would be better. Even if the commission structure was changed. It would be better with our volatile economy to have more security in a higher base salary.
Review from IT Dept
The year end raise have not been adequate with market rate for my skill set.
Review from HR Dept
I think after 3 years of working here, I should be paid more than the bare minimum. I'd feel better about my compensation if they had any sort of pay increases due to tenure.
Review from IT Dept
No 401k match is absolutely outrageous, no company perks with meals, no car stipend for sales people who travel often and basically the company is cheap overall. Base salaries are low and even commission structures are low.
Review from IT Dept
I wish the base salary was higher. In a difficult job market, commission is unreliable at times. Having a higher base would make me feel much more financially secure. I make a decent living with commission but without I struggle.
Review from IT Dept
I'm proud of the people I work with and learn something new from them every day.
Review from Executive Dept
Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming.
Review from HR Dept
Amazing people. Incredibly hardworking. Incredibly collaborative for a competitive industry.
Review from HR Dept
How we all learn from each other.
Review from Operations Dept
My team is hard working and kind to each other.
Review from Sales Dept
our office is basically desperate and will just hire anyone to fill a seat.
Review from IT Dept
More direct communication and being more open to feedback. Emotions run extremely high sometimes and we forget we are all working towards the same goal.
Review from Sales Dept
more experienced hires as opposed to fresh college grads
Review from Sales Dept
Provide valuable insight and NEW information to meetings. Most of the time we receive 5-15 reminders of a meeting, and it's everything that's already been emailed to us.
Review from Sales Dept
I love my team. Everyone has been so helpful in helping me learn this new industry.
Review from Sales Dept
Achievements are recognized. Traditions that get started are maintained. Colleagues are collaborative and supportive.
Review from Executive Dept
That everyone is uplifting to one another.
Review from HR Dept
The people. The transparency. Being real. Work hard play hard!
Review from HR Dept
They are very people oriented
Review from Operations Dept
The culture is positive and rewarding.
Review from Sales Dept
would be nice to get out of the office more as a team, have the team decide together on quarterly outings and not just managers deciding what the activities are, meal perks for those who come into the office (catered lunches or credits to use)
Review from IT Dept
The company culture should not surround alcohol
Review from Sales Dept
I really love our company culture. It's fun and productive. We really enjoy winning together.
Review from Sales Dept
higher more quality people on the team
Review from Legal Dept
The interview process centered on identifying if we were an authentic fit.
Review from Marketing Dept
The transparency and candor of our leaders, their interest in learning about me as a person and their honest, complete and thoughtful answers to my questions. I still remember the things discussed on our interview and the goals for the company then, so many of which have been realized since.
Review from Executive Dept
Meeting other people on the team, feeling like it was fairly casual and just getting to know people.
Review from Admin Dept
The honest assessment of the challenges in the job.
Review from Executive Dept
They had me meet with the entire team prior to receiving an offer to ensure I was a culture match. That spoke volumes about how they value their people
Review from Sales Dept

I enjoy helping people find work. There is not much more you can do for someone else than help them get a job if they don't have one or a better job that helps them and their family. I also love that we help companies find their most valuable asset, their people. Love seeing colleagues hit goals.
Review from Executive Dept
Getting placements and interview requests.
Review from HR Dept
Ability to manage my day, work hard and be rewarded and never miss anything important at home.
Review from HR Dept
Being onsite and seeing coworkers
Review from Operations Dept
Having the flexibility to also take care of my family.
Review from Sales Dept
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Cold calling 150 people a week MAY have been what used to work- but now we need to figure out new ways to engage with customers who DO NOT want to be sold to
Review from Business Development Dept
The office environment can be a little boring and toxic at times. Every team has different rules (some are remote and others are not). Some teams make certain employees come in and others are able to stay remote. The lack of consistency between teams and managers can be disappointing.
Review from Communications Dept
I am judged by my coworkers for coming in and doing my work 8-5 (plus extra hours - as we are pushed to work but that isn't shared in interviews) and for not drinking. The only time coworkers hangout is when alcohol is also invited
Review from Sales Dept
I don't have any negative things to say. If I have any issues my manager is always available to listen and help resolve the problem.
Review from Sales Dept
The expectation is to massively over-achieve at all times. Having just an average week is unacceptable - despite the state of the nation and other things that could limit someone from being a constant over-achiever.
Review from IT Dept
This is by far the best role I have had. After two back-to-back toxic workplaces, working here is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to mental well-being.
The benefits. The health insurance options are terribly expensive and no 401K match is an issue.
