What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing people on my team achieve their personal, professional and financials goals. Also, seeing our teams deliver when they finally get an opportunity with a new client for the first time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a performance-based job in a highly ambitious company full of overachievers. The bar is always getting raised. There are tremendous examples of what success looks like and how to get there. As competitive as our industry is, our team is extremely collaborative and supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are the first people to cheer for my success. More importantly to me, they are also great sources of support when things don't go as planned or deals fall apart. I like being able to consult colleagues for what they would do in scenarios and then do what I want using their insights.

I enjoy helping people find work. There is not much more you can do for someone else than help them get a job if they don't have one or a better job that helps them and their family. I also love that we help companies find their most valuable asset, their people. Love seeing colleagues hit goals.
