They are extremely approachable, never feel intimated to to ask any question. Additionally, they are nice, hardworking, determined, and not only motivating themselves but the entire team.

The year end raise have not been adequate with market rate for my skill set.

Our process is designed to be conversational and personal. Anyone can memorize interview answers, but to genuinely get to know candidates and what they are looking for is vital to making an interview process feel comfortable. Beacon Hill shines in this aspect!
