Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The year end raise have not been adequate with market rate for my skill set.

Either greater base to make up for no matching 401K or more just year end raises that do not reflect simply cost of living adjustments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help even if it isn't part of their day-to-day. Everyone wants to be a part of helping you be your best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know who I am and we can all work together at any point and they are clear and concise with their direction and planning. They always make me feel like a person and not an employee ID number.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that when I log-in I am able to impact someone's day in a positive manner by helping them get their job done. Being able to help someone else is a great feeling because they can accomplish more in their day-to-day if my work is on target.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even when things are changing - and they change quickly - everyone on all levels gets together and makes sure we have all the pieces, all the players and all the right parts to make sure we can get the job done in a timely manner and move on to the next task. I love the collaboration of BHSG.
