Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is quite low compared to what other companies offer for the same role

I feel that if our base pay is not higher, we should be receiving larger bonuses. The bonuses received this year were not comparable to other companies I had heard of.

Benefits are not great - they are expensive once you get beyond employee only coverage. No 401k match and very long waiting period to contribute.
