What did you like most about the interview process?
The transparency and candor of our leaders, their interest in learning about me as a person and their honest, complete and thoughtful answers to my questions. I still remember the things discussed on our interview and the goals for the company then, so many of which have been realized since.

I enjoy helping people find work. There is not much more you can do for someone else than help them get a job if they don't have one or a better job that helps them and their family. I also love that we help companies find their most valuable asset, their people. Love seeing colleagues hit goals.
