I'm paid a fair salary and commission based on my performance. If I work harder and reach goals I earn additional compensation. BHSG is privately held so the only perk I don't get is company stock or equity.

Compensation at the Director level and above is lacking due to the player coach role. Directors should be compensated at the same or a higher commisson rate than individual contributers due to the other duties they are required to perform as a player coach

The commission structure is different for people in certain states, but I believe it should be the same for each state. Those who work remote should have their at home office expenses covered - wifi, cell phone, etc.
