Organization with sales leadership is honestly the worst I've seen in 10 years of my career. Great personalities but sometimes clueless as to what is going on in the field....8 out of 10 times.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is good coverage, but it is really expensive!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher base salary would be better. Even if the commission structure was changed. It would be better with our volatile economy to have more security in a higher base salary.

I think after 3 years of working here, I should be paid more than the bare minimum. I'd feel better about my compensation if they had any sort of pay increases due to tenure.

No 401k match is absolutely outrageous, no company perks with meals, no car stipend for sales people who travel often and basically the company is cheap overall. Base salaries are low and even commission structures are low.

I wish the base salary was higher. In a difficult job market, commission is unreliable at times. Having a higher base would make me feel much more financially secure. I make a decent living with commission but without I struggle.

Our salaries are behind other companies with similar incentive structures. Doing annual raises or a blanket increase for cost of living increase would really help.

would be nice to get out of the office more as a team, have the team decide together on quarterly outings and not just managers deciding what the activities are, meal perks for those who come into the office (catered lunches or credits to use)

The expectation is to massively over-achieve at all times. Having just an average week is unacceptable - despite the state of the nation and other things that could limit someone from being a constant over-achiever.
