Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to see higher base salaries and more competitive commission structures. You can make President's Club and not clear 100k in earnings which feels off. Benefits have been improved during my time here but still have a ways to go!

A drawn out truthful plan at the date of hire would be beneficial for new employees. Going in blind with unrealistic expectations can burn someone out quickly. With the right team anything is possible, but the team needs to be in place prior to a year of employment.

The bonus plan reviewed with new applicants and hires is over embellished to get you to commit to Beacon Hill. Is it possible with the right leader in place? Yes However, they need to lead by doing, organized and consistent for that to happen.
