What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO, Lyra, PPO, great coverage

The best part of the compensation package is the ability to make uncapped commission. I do not believe it is fair to expect an employee to work as hard as they do with uncapped commission versus capped commission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we had better benefits. We sre offered the same benefit package as our contignet/temp labor force regarding 401K, Health, and Dental.

We don't have 401k match or any soft of solid retirement plan where the company contributes. I feel like this puts Beacon Hill behind the times and not competitive with other large companies

401K Matching, better salaries, cost of living increases. I have been paid the same base salary for 8 years.

There needs to be some sort of 401K match and a way to promote without needing someone else to be promoted first.

401 shouldn't require a year of employment before being an option. 401K company matching would also be nice. Medical benefits are all high deductible, not all of us have the money for that and would prefer a lower deductible/higher premium option to better budget our out of pocket costs.

I believe the best part of my team is that they are not only colleagues, but friends. My team supports both wins and losses, celebrates big moments, and provides help to other members when its needed. In or out of the office I know that I can count on my team to be there when it counts.

I liked that they took the time to figure out if this position was well suited to me or not. I was asked if I was willing to put the work and time in to succeed and it showed me that they wanted me to do well and be sure that it was an opportunity that was the right fit for me.
