Raises are just to keep up with inflation even if you have a wonderful review. We don't have 401K match or any other financial perks for the people that can't make more money by working harder, longer hours, etc. And we keep the company going.

Corporate salaried employees can't make more money the more they work or with compensation. They should have benefits covered or a 401k match.
