The commission is the best part. The sky is the limit when it comes to sales.

I feel if we are expected to be available 24/7, we should be compensated accordingly

Id love a 401(k) match and the upcoming change of medical insurer will likely mean i have to change some providers. But I get it, and understand the rationales.

The health insurance is extremely expensive if you want to cover your family. There's no 401k match, and no other deferred savings options for high earners that may max out their 401k contributions.

I experience quite a bit of micromanagement and unless I specifically have a day off, there aren't clear boundaries on taking breaks or clocking off for the evenings.
