What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be much better communication and transparency from the top down. Lower levels employees often have no idea what is going on with the company until management needs them to fix issues that have been put off for months, sometimes years.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is in alignment with market research and benefits are reasonably priced with great coverage.

The cost to employees that have family benefit plans through BHSG is really high. Compare that to how much they spend on Corporate outings and Holiday parties. You'd like to see more investment in benefits for Career Staffing employees with Families.

Some employees are required to work all holidays. Pay is extremely low especially for working in markets with higher cost of living. Time off benefits aren't great considering we work holidays. No 401k match.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are motivated, knowledgeable, efficient and self sufficient. My team requires very little oversight and I can trust that their work is complete and accurate.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to discuss my role with multiple employees from differing departments/title levels. This helped me to better understand company culture as a whole.
