As a small team with much responsibility and significant impact on company succes, there is serious trust and high expectations. I believe this paradigm extends to other teams. Productivity levels here are very high, even for tech startups, and unproductive people will not survive here for long.

The interview process has become better since I onboarded, but this is a difficult company to join, because everyone hired is expected to be excellent at what they are expected to do. This is not basic training and the learning curve is steep, with moving parts and self-management expected.
