communication and admitting a failed program. I am a RSP that takes care of my customers but can't due to the fact that i can't get my products never had a problem before on traditional rt's. I do not see how the company thinks it's ok on how things are running. LFSP program needs to scrapped

Go back to the traditional routes and they will get better customer service. I believe the company was making good money before the LFSP but not sure how they are making any money now with all the changes and empty shelves. As a RSP who takes pride in the job i'm embarrassed on how things are ran
